Marana's pizzas are handcrafted and baked in our wood-fired Marana Forni at a piping hot 700 degrees. Our special recipe is slowly proofed over 24 hours and yields a stronger, less doughy crust than the Neapolitan pies you may be familiar with. These pies hold a variety of gourmet ingredients while still bragging a crisp, thin crust. Located in the building previously referred to as Cherokee Hall.
